Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data psiu! (psiu.app) collects, why, and what you can do about it. psiu! is operated by 360 For Business LLC (Miami, Florida, USA), the controller responsible for your data. Questions? Email contato@psiu.app.

What we collect

Account. When you sign in we store your email and, if you use Google or Apple, the name those accounts provide. We don't have passwords.

Groups and draws. The group name, gift budget, date, place and message; participants' names; the "can't draw each other" rules; the draw result; and, if you fill them in, your wishlist, sizes and up to 5 gift-idea links.

Technical data. Like any website, our providers log technical data about visits (such as IP address, browser and time) for security and operation.

On your device. Your browser stores your session (so you stay signed in), your chosen language (the NEXT_LOCALE cookie) and your "My groups" list. You can remove these by clearing the site's data in your browser.

How we use it

• To run the draw and show each person only their own result.
• To sign you in and email you sign-in codes.
• To keep the service secure and working.

We don't sell your data. We don't use your wishlist for advertising.

Who sees what

• Only you see who you got. Not even the organizer sees other people's results.
• Whoever drew you sees your wishlist, sizes and links.
• The organizer sees participants' names, who has opened their result and the group's rules.
• Group members see the other participants' names and the group details.

Services we use

• Supabase — database and accounts (servers in São Paulo, Brazil).
• Cloudflare — website hosting and sending sign-in code emails.
• Google — Google sign-in (if you choose it) and, when shown, Google AdSense ads. Google may use cookies to show and measure ads; in the EU and UK we ask for your consent first. Learn more at policies.google.com/technologies/ads.
• Apple — Sign in with Apple (if you choose it).
• Stores and affiliate programs (such as Amazon) — some store links may be affiliate links: if you buy, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. The store may use its own cookies.

How long we keep it

As long as your account or the group exists. The organizer can delete a group at any time, and you can delete your account whenever you want.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, Brazil's LGPD, US state privacy laws and similar laws, you can ask to access, correct or delete your data. To delete your account, use Delete my account in your account menu; your personal data (wishlist, sizes and links) is erased. Your name stays in groups you were part of so other people's draws don't break; to remove it too, ask the organizer or email contato@psiu.app.

Children

psiu! is not directed to children under 13. Minors should use it with a parent's or guardian's permission.

We may update this policy. The last-updated date is shown at the top of the page.
